Marcy Pettitt is an experienced attorney, litigator, entrepreneur and businesswoman who seeks the best results for her clients through business acumen, multi-faceted areas of expertise and legal excellence. Where others see obstacles, Marcy sees opportunity and believes no one is above the law and everyone has value. Problem solving and collaboration are essential in her approach to obtaining fair and equitable resolutions for her clients.
Marcy began her career at a well-known Plaintiff's practice in downtown Los Angeles working on mass tort and complex civil litigation cases. After more than a decade as a successful Plaintiff's attorney, Marcy shifted her focus to co-founding and growing a thriving CPG e-commerce company and spearheaded the sale to a European-based e-commerce company. Following that successful business divestiture, Marcy went on to co-found a residential development Company which built multi-million-dollar homes in Southern California. Working as in-house Counsel and Vice-President of Design and Operations, Marcy helped grow that Company to annual gross sales of more than $9 million dollars.
Today, Marcy's legal practice, is focused on Plaintiff's side personal injury law. Her background of litigation, coupled with her experience founding and growing several small businesses, gives her a unique perspective on fighting for the rights of the under-privileged and underrepresented in a cost-effective manner, and helping businesses of all sizes operate successfully while adhering to the law and protecting consumers.
